Registration is now open for our 2024 New Directors Training and All Directors Symposium! Please review the event descriptions carefully before choosing which to register for. Both events are exclusively for DOC Directors, CLA Associates (former DOC Directors), and Gold Partners.

New Directors Training ~ December 8 - 9 (8th and 12th are travel days)

The New Directors Training is tailored for those serving as DOC directors, commissioners, or secretaries for under a year or who have not yet taken part in a previous New Directors Training. However, all DOC directors are invited to join, regardless of their time in the role.  This opportunity offers the chance to engage with and learn from fellow correctional leaders, fostering valuable connections, and give the information that every first year director should know. CLA associates, former DOC directors, are welcome to attend, but corporate partners are excluded from the meetings. However, Gold Partners are allowed to attend meals and receptions.  The All Directors Symposium will immediately follow the training and we hope that you stick around for that as well.

All Directors Symposium ~ December 9-12 (9th and 12 are travel days)

This event is for all DOC directors from across the country. This training aims to provide correctional leaders with relevant information on various important topics and opportunities for professional development and networking. Our Program and Training Committee dedicates considerable effort to curate sessions of national significance and encourages open dialogue throughout the event. Additionally, the occasion will also feature our annual Clements and Francke Awards Ceremony where we will honor two sitting directors. All Gold Partners and CLA Associates can attend all open meetings, meals and receptions. You don't want to miss this event!
